What does an exotic rental cost in San Diego?
Real daily rates across the collection, what drives the difference between them, and the costs beyond the daily rate.
The honest answer is that it ranges widely, and the daily rate is only part of the total. Here is how it actually breaks down across our collection.
The daily rate
Our published daily rates run from the mid-hundreds for a Cadillac Escalade ESV or a Corvette C8, through roughly a thousand a day for a Lamborghini Huracán Spyder or a McLaren 720S, up to the highest rates on the fleet for cars like the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ and the Ferrari SF90 Stradale. Every rate is published on the vehicle page — there is no "call for pricing".
The two-day minimum
Because we do not take single-day rentals, the realistic entry cost is two days at the published rate. The full exotic car rental requirements set out the minimum in detail. When budgeting, double the daily figure and start there.
What sits on top
A refundable one thousand dollar security deposit applies to every rental, the same figure for every car. Delivery is a flat one hundred and fifty dollars per rental across San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. VIP chauffeur service, where offered, is one thousand dollars per day, and only for the days you want a driver. One hundred miles a day are included; beyond that it is five dollars a mile. What brings it down
Extended rentals attract reduced daily rates. If you are considering four days rather than two, ask — the difference is usually smaller than the arithmetic suggests.
